    CLASSES IN AJAX AND WHITBY

  • This gentle and playful 6-week yoga series is designed for parents or caregivers and their babies from 6 weeks old until crawling.

Classes combine yoga for grown-ups with soothing movement and bonding time for babies, creating a relaxed space to move, connect, and meet other families.

Each class includes simple yoga stretches to help restore strength, improve posture, and release tension in the back, shoulders, and hips—areas that often need extra care during the early parenting months.

Classes are relaxed and baby-friendly—feeding, diaper changes, and cuddles are always welcome.

    Benefits may include:

    • Gentle recovery and strengthening for parents

    • Relief from back, neck, and shoulder tension

    • Bonding and connection with your baby

    • A warm, supportive community of other parents and caregivers

No yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are and enjoy movement, connection, and time together with your little one.

  • Motherhood Support Circle

The Motherhood Support Circle is a warm, welcoming space for mothers to connect, share, and feel supported through the early stages of parenting.

This peer-supported group brings moms together to talk openly about the real experiences of motherhood—celebrating the joys, navigating the challenges, and reminding each other that no one has to do this alone.

Each gathering offers time for conversation, connection, and community building with other moms who are in a similar stage of life. From sleepless nights and feeding questions to identity shifts and emotional ups and downs, this circle creates a safe space where mothers can be heard, understood, and supported.

Throughout the series, community partners and local professionals may also join to share helpful information and resources on topics such as infant development, maternal wellness, feeding, sleep, and family supports.

    This circle is about:

    • Building meaningful connections with other moms

    • Sharing experiences in a supportive, judgment-free space

    • Learning from community partners and trusted resources

    • Strengthening confidence in your parenting journey

Whether you're looking for conversation, encouragement, or simply a place to feel understood, the Motherhood Connection Circle is here to remind you that you are not alone in this journey.

  • This informative workshop is perfect for anyone who is preparing to start solids with their baby.

After completion of this workshop, you will feel comfortable performing CPR and choking-relieving techniques on an infant, child and adult. You will also learn how to manage and prevent allergic reactions, understand the difference between gagging and choking, and avoid picky eating.

Class taught by Registered Nurse Anya Dimaculangan.
