  • Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

    All other equipment is provided for classes and workshops unless otherwise specified.

    No outdoor shoes are permitted in the studio space. Barefoot, slippers, grip socks or indoor runners are permitted.

  • AJAX studio:

    144 Old Kingston Road, Unit 2.

    Nearest major intersection: Kingston Road and Church Street.
    Free parking is available in the lot behind the building (off Elizabeth Street). Free street parking is also available on Old Kingston Road.

    WHITBY studio:

    209 Dundas Street East, Unit 202.

    Nearest major intersection: Brock Street and Dundas Street East.
    Parking lot behind building off Green Street or street parking.

  • Please note in order to cancel a class booking we require 12 hours’ notice. All cancellations are done through the booking site / app. Please do not email to cancel your class booking.

    Classes cancelled within 12 hours are nonrefundable and will be debited from your class pass.

    6-week pre-registered classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    Workshops are nonrefundable; however, you may choose to transfer a workshop registration to a friend or family member if you cannot make it.

  • Privacy Policy

    This Privacy Policy outlines how Glow Movement Studio collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws.

    Collection of Personal Information

    We collect personal information for the purposes of providing fitness and Physiotherapy services, managing client accounts, and complying with regulatory requirements. The types of personal information we may collect include:

    • Health history and information related to your treatment

    We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, and Zen Planner, our booking softwares, so that they can provide services to us.

    Our payment processor will also collect payment information from you. You can read their privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

    Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

    • Process payments and manage billing
