Flow - combine movement and breathing to flow through different poses
Dynamic Flow - warm up your body with movement sequences combined with breath work, strength and movement
Slow Flow - same heat and strength building at a slower pace
Mobility Flow - focus on range of motion, balance, and strength
Nature Flow - body flow combined with nature-inspired aromatherapy and sound therapy
Pilates Fusion Flow - strength building and control of pilates with movement, breath, and flow intertwined
Yin - longer holds and fewer poses than a flow class. Deep stretches that challenge your body just the right amount.
Rest and Restore - soothing, meditative, gentle class that uses props to help support your body into stretch, deep rest, and stress relief
Yoga and Journal - a gentle, supportive class combining slow yoga and guided journaling to help women pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

Our Mat Pilates class is the perfect introduction to building strength, stability, and body awareness in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Movements are deliberate and low-impact, making this class accessible for all fitness levels. Options and modifications are always offered, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
Pilates Fusion Flow - strength building and control of pilates with movement , breath and flow intertwined
Express Pilates - 45-min midday class to get your body moving and mind a chance to refocus. Full-body strength suitable for all levels.

Our Core & Pelvic Floor Strength class is a supportive, inclusive space designed for all ages and stages of life—whether you’re postpartum, rebuilding strength, or simply looking to deepen your core awareness.
This class focuses on gently activating the deep core muscles, including the transverse abdominis and pelvic floor, through mindful, functional movement. You’ll learn how to move with your breath, building a strong connection between breathing patterns and core engagement.
With an emphasis on awareness and control, we guide you in safely strengthening and coordinating the pelvic floor muscles to support posture, stability, and overall well-being. Expect a calm, encouraging environment where you can move at your own pace and feel empowered in your body.

Step into a space of deep rest and inner stillness with our Sound Healing & Meditation class.
This practice blends guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of sound—with crystal singing bowls—to help quiet the mind and relax the body. As you settle into stillness, the gentle frequencies support stress release, nervous system regulation, and a sense of balance from within.
No prior meditation experience is needed. You’ll be guided to connect with your breath, soften mental chatter, and drop into a state of deep relaxation and awareness.
Perfect for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and restoration, this class offers a peaceful reset for both body and mind.
